THIS VOTING AND SUPPORT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of March 18, 2024, by and between AstraZeneca AB, a public company with limited liability (Aktiebolag) incorporated under the laws of Sweden, having its official seat in Södertälje, Sweden, its registered office address at 151 85 Södertälje, Sweden and registered with the trade register of the Swedish Companies Registration Office under number 556011-7482 (“Parent”), and the undersigned holder (the “Shareholder”) of common shares of Fusion Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a corporation existing under the Canada Business Corporations Act (the “Corporation”).
