CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of March 26, 2024, among GARTNER, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), the several banks and other financial institutions or entities from time to time party hereto (the “Lenders”), the Issuing Lenders (as defined herein) from time to time party hereto and JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., as administrative agent (the “Administrative Agent”).
