THIS ELEVENTH SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE (“Eleventh Supplemental Indenture”) is dated as of April 19, 2024, among Johnson Controls International plc, a public company limited by shares, incorporated under the laws of Ireland (the “Company”), Tyco Fire & Security Finance S.C.A., a corporate partnership limited by shares (société en commandite par actions) incorporated and organized under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (the “Co-Issuer” and, together with the Company, the “Issuers”), and U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, a national banking association (successor in interest to U.S. Bank National Association), as trustee (the “Trustee”).
