EXPENSE LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), effective as of May 1, 2024 by and between William Blair Investment Management, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Adviser”) and William Blair Funds, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of each series of the Trust reflected in Schedule A hereto, as may be amended from time to time (each a “Fund” and collectively, the “Funds”).
