THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of this 1st day of May, 2012 by and among Security Benefit Life Insurance Company (hereinafter “Company”), a Kansas stock life insurance company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Separate Account(s) (the “Account(s)”) as set forth on Schedule A hereto; ING Investors Trust, and ING Variable Products Trust, open-end management investment company and business trusts organized under the laws of Massachusetts (hereinafter the “Trusts”); and ING Investments Distributor, LLC (hereinafter the “Distributor”), a Delaware limited liability company.

THIS AGREEMENT is made this 31st day of October, 2010, by and among The Alger Portfolios (the “Trust”), an open-end management investment company organized as a Massachusetts business trust, Security Benefit Life Insurance Company, a life insurance company organized as a corporation under the laws of the State of Kansas (the “Company”), on its own behalf and on behalf of each segregated asset account of the Company set forth in Schedule A, as may be updated from time to time for the convenience of the parties (the “Accounts”), and Fred Alger & Company, Incorporated, a Delaware corporation, the Trust’s distributor (the “Distributor”).

THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of this 28th day of November, 2012, among SECURITY BENEFIT LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY (the “Company”), a stock life insurance company organized under the laws of the State of Kansas, on its own behalf and on behalf of each separate account of the Company set forth on Schedule A hereto, as such Schedule may be updated from time to time for the convenience of the parties (each such account hereinafter referred to as the “Account”), PUTNAM VARIABLE TRUST (the “Trust”), a Massachusetts business trust, and PUTNAM RETAIL MANAGEMENT LIMITED PARTNERSHIP (the “Underwriter”), a Massachusetts limited partnership.
