AGREEMENT made this 1st day of May, 2024, between DATUM ONE SERIES TRUST (the “Trust”), a Massachusetts business trust having its principal place of business at 50 S. LaSalle Street, Chicago, Illinois 60603, on behalf of each series of the Trust listed on Schedule A (each series is individually referred to herein as a “Fund” and collectively as the “Funds”) and Brandes Investment Partners, L.P. (the “Manager”), an investment manager having its principal place of business at 4275 Executive Square, 5th Floor, La Jolla, CA 92037.

THIS AGREEMENT, dated as of May 1, 2024, is made and entered into by and between Datum One Series Trust, a Massachusetts business trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of each of the investment series set forth on Schedule A attached hereto (each a “Fund” and collectively the “Funds”); and Brandes Investment Partners, L.P., an investment adviser registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Manager”).

This second amendment (“Amendment”) to the distribution agreement (the “Agreement”) dated as of September 30, 2021, by and between Datum One Series Trust and Foreside Financial Services, LLC (together, the “Parties”), is effective as of April 1, 2024.
