GATX CORPORATION, a New York corporation (the “Borrower”), the banks, financial institutions and other institutional lenders (the “Initial Lenders”) and initial issuing banks (the “Initial Issuing Banks”) listed on the signature pages hereof, CITIBANK, N.A.
