CREDIT AND SECURITY AGREEMENT, dated as of May 21, 2024, by and among CORE INCOME FUNDING VII LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as borrower (the “Borrower”), BLUE OWL CREDIT INCOME CORP., a Maryland corporation, as Collateral Manager (in such capacity, the “Collateral Manager”) and as Equityholder (in such capacity, the “Equityholder”), the LENDERS from time to time party hereto, CITIBANK, N.A.
