THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of May 23, 2024 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Acadia Management Company, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Nasser Khan (“Executive”).
