AGREEMENT made this 25th day of June 2024, between DATUM ONE SERIES TRUST (the “Trust”), a Massachusetts business trust having its principal place of business at 50 S. LaSalle Street, Chicago, Illinois 60603, on behalf of each series of the Trust listed on Schedule A (each series is individually referred to herein as a “Fund” and collectively as the “Funds”) and Polar Capital LLP (the “Manager”), an investment manager having its principal place of business at 16 Palace Street, London, SW1E 5JD, United Kingdom.

This second amendment (“Amendment”) to the distribution agreement (the “Agreement”) dated as of September 30, 2021, by and between Datum One Series Trust and Foreside Financial Services, LLC (together, the “Parties”), is effective as of May 22nd, 2024.

THIS AMENDMENT to the Fund Administration and Accounting Services Agreement (this “Amendment”) is entered into as of June 14, 2024 (the “Effective Date”) by and between DATUM ONE SERIES TRUST, a business trust organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (the “Trust”), having its principal office and place of business at 50 South LaSalle Street, Chicago, IL 60603, on behalf of each series of the Trust listed on Schedule D to the Agreement (as defined below) (each, a “Fund” and, collectively, the “Funds”), separately and not jointly, and THE NORTHERN TRUST COMPANY (“Northern” or “Northern Trust”), an Illinois company with its principal place of business at 50 South LaSalle Street, Chicago, Illinois 60603.

THIS AMENDMENT to the Transfer Agency and Services Agreement is entered into as of June 14, 2024 (this “Amendment”) by and between DATUM ONE SERIES TRUST, a business trust organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (the “Trust”), having its principal office and place of business at 50 South LaSalle Street, Chicago, IL, 60603, on behalf of each series of the Trust listed on Schedule A to the Agreement (as defined below) (each, a “Fund” and, collectively, the “Funds”), separately and not jointly, and THE NORTHERN TRUST COMPANY (the “Custodian”), an Illinois company with its principal place of business at 50 South LaSalle Street, Chicago, Illinois 60603.

THIS AGREEMENT, dated as of June 25, 2024, is made and entered into by and between Datum One Series Trust, a Massachusetts business trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of each of the investment series set forth on Schedule A attached hereto (each a “Fund” and collectively the “Funds”); and Polar Capital LLP, an investment adviser registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Manager”).
