AMENDMENT (this “Amendment”) made as of July 10, 2024 and effective as of July 15, 2024 (the “Effective Date”) to the Administration Agreement dated as of June 29, 2007 (as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Agreement”), by and between TCW FUNDS, INC., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Maryland (the “Fund”) and STATE STREET BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, a Massachusetts trust company (“State Street”). Defined terms used herein shall have the same meaning as set forth in the Agreement.

This TRANSFER AGENCY AND SERVICE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated and effective as of July 15, 2024 by and between State Street Bank and Trust Company, a Massachusetts trust company (“State Street” or the “Transfer Agent”), and TCW Funds, Inc., a company organized under the laws of the State of Maryland, having its principal office at 515 South Flower Street, Los Angeles, CA 90071 (the “Company”).
AMENDMENT NO. 11 TO INVESTMENT ADVISORY AND MANAGEMENT AGREEMENTInvestment Advisory and Management Agreement • July 10th, 2024 • TCW Funds Inc
This amendment shall be effective as of July 15, 2024. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect, including the existing provisions of Schedule A and any amendments, thereof.
