This Transition, Separation and Release Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated July 8, 2024, is made by and between Brien J. McMahon (“Employee”) and Radian Group Inc. (“Radian”). Employee and Radian are parties to this Agreement and are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.” This Agreement provides for all payments to which Employee may be entitled from the Company (as defined below), including under the Executive Severance Agreement between Employee and Radian, effective November 14, 2017, as amended, effective November 12, 2019 (“Severance Agreement”).
