This Consulting Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of August 2, 2024, by and between Intra-Cellular Therapies, Inc. (“Intra-Cellular” or “Company”), a Delaware corporation located at 430 East 29th Street, New York, New York 10016, and Lawrence J. Hineline (“Consultant”), having a notice address as described below.
