This Amendment (the “Amendment”) to the Global Custody Agreement dated April 4, 2003, as amended (the “Agreement”), by and between JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. (“J.P. Morgan”), as successor-in-interest to a previous J.P. Morgan entity, and NATIONWIDE MUTUAL FUNDS (the “Customer”), as successor-in-interest to Gartmore Mutual Funds, and on behalf of each Fund on the Fund List (each a “Fund”), is entered into and made effective as of [_________], 2024 (the “Effective Date”) by J.P. Morgan and the Customer on behalf of each Fund.

THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into effective the 11th day of September, 2024, by and among NATIONWIDE MUTUAL FUNDS (the “Trust”), a Delaware statutory trust, NATIONWIDE FUND ADVISORS (the “Adviser”) a Delaware business trust registered under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended (the “Advisers Act”), and Los Angeles Capital Management LLC, a limited liability company under the laws of the State of California (the “Subadviser”), and also registered under the Advisers Act.
