This Limited Liability Company Agreement, dated as of June 20, 2024 (as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, this “Agreement”), of EQT Infrastructure Company LLC (the “Company”) is entered into by its sole member, EQT Holdings AB (the “Sole Member”), as a Class Q Member (as defined herein).
