This AGREEMENT is made as of the 6th day of September, 2024, by and among Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated, a Wisconsin corporation located at 777 E. Wisconsin Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53202 (the “Sub-Adviser’’), Olive Street Investment Advisers, LLC, a Missouri limited liability corporation located at 12555 Manchester Road, St. Louis, MO 63131 (the “Adviser”), and, for the sole purpose of paying compensation due to the Sub-Adviser under Section 6(a) of this Agreement, the Bridge Builder Trust, a Delaware statutory trust located at 12555 Manchester Road, St. Louis, MO 63131 (the “Trust”), on behalf of each series of the Trust indicated on Schedule A to this Agreement (each, a “Fund” and, collectively, the “Funds”).

This AGREEMENT is made as of the 6th day of September, 2024, by and among Thompson, Siegel & Walmsley LLC, a Delaware limited liability company located at 6641 West Broad Street, Suite 600, Richmond, VA 23230 (the “Sub-Adviser”), Olive Street Investment Advisers, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company located at 12555 Manchester Road, St. Louis, MO 63131 (the “Adviser”), and, for the sole purpose of paying compensation due to the Sub-Adviser under Section 6(a) of this Agreement, the Bridge Builder Trust, a Delaware statutory trust located at 12555 Manchester Road, St. Louis, MO 63131 (the “Trust”), on behalf of the series of the Trust indicated on Schedule A to this Agreement (each, a “Fund” and collectively, the “Funds”).
