THIS SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED TRANSFER AGENCY, REGISTRAR, DIVIDEND DISBURSING AND SHAREHOLDER SERVICING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of November 28, 2023, by and between Short Term Investment Fund for Puerto Rico Residents, Inc. (the “Fund’’), a corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and an investment company registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the “1940 Act”) and UBS Trust Company of Puerto Rico (‘‘UBSTC’’), a trust company duly organized and having its principal office and principal place of business in Puerto Rico.

This SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED ADMINISTRATION AGREEMENT, made as of August 25, 2023 (this “Agreement”), by and between the Short Term Investment Fund for Puerto Rico Residents, Inc. (the “Fund”), a corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and UBS Trust Company of Puerto Rico (“UBS TCPR”), a trust company duly organized and having its principal office and principal place of business in Puerto Rico, licensed with the Office of the Commissioner of Financial Institutions of Puerto Rico (the “Commissioner”) and organized under the Puerto Rico Trust Company Act, as amended, in its capacity as administrator (the “Administrator”). Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein will have the same meaning as in the Fund’s then-current prospectus and statement of additional information, as amended or supplemented from time to time (together referred to as the “Prospectus”).

THIS YIELD FLOOR AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) made as of February 23rd, 2024 by and between the Short Term Investment Fund for Puerto Rico Residents, Inc., (the “Fund”), a corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico (“Puerto Rico”), and UBS Asset Managers of Puerto Rico, a division of UBS Trust Company of Puerto Rico (“UBS AMPR”), a trust company duly organized and having its principal office and principal place of business in Puerto Rico, and registered as an investment adviser with the Securities and Exchange Commission in its capacity as the investment adviser of the Fund.
