AMENDMENT made as of the 12th day of December, 2024 to the John Hancock Exchange-Traded Fund Trust Amended and Restated Advisory Agreement dated June 30, 2020 (the “Agreement”), between the John Hancock Exchange-Traded Fund Trust, a Massachusetts business trust (the “Trust”), and John Hancock Investment Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Pursuant to Sections 1 and 8(b) of the ETF Distribution Agreement dated as of September 30, 2021 (the “ETF Distribution Agreement”), by and between John Hancock Exchange-Traded Fund Trust, a Massachusetts business trust (the “Trust”), and Foreside Fund Services, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, please be advised that the Trust has established two (2) new series of its shares, namely: John Hancock Core Bond ETF and John Hancock Core Plus Bond ETF (the “Funds”).
