This EXPENSE LIMITATION AGREEMENT, effective as of May 24, 2024, by and between NATIONWIDE FUND ADVISORS (the “NFA”) and NATIONWIDE VARIABLE INSURANCE TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the NVIT Loomis Short Term Bond Fund (the “Fund”), a series of the Trust.
