This Amended and Restated Flow Servicing Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of December 16, 2024 and effective as of January 1, 2025 (the “Effective Date”) by and between PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Servicer”), and PennyMac Corp., a Delaware corporation (the “Owner”). Notwithstanding the date of this Agreement, the Flow Servicing Agreement will remain in effect until the Effective Date.
