THIS FIFTEENTH AMENDMENT TO AMENDED AND RESTATED REVOLVING CREDIT, TERM LOAN AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into June 19, 2017 by and among AIR INDUSTRIES MACHINING, CORP.
