AMENDMENT NO. 1, dated as of , 2018 (the "Amendment"), to Third Amended and Restated Deposit Agreement (as amended and supplemented, the "Deposit Agreement"), by and among (i) SILICONWARE PRECISION INDUSTRIES CO., LTD., a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of China, and its successors (the "Company"), (ii) JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., a national banking association organized under the laws of the United States of America acting in its capacity as depositary hereunder (the "Depositary"), and (iii) all Holders and Beneficial Owners of American Depositary Shares evidenced by American Depositary Receipts issued thereunder.
