AGREEMENT DATED MAY , 2018 TO TERMINATE AMENDMENT NO. 2 to the Amended and Restated Deposit Agreement dated as of January 6, 2016, as previously amended as of August 11, 2016 (as amended prior to March 16, 2018, the "Deposit Agreement") among Ossen Innovation Co., Ltd., incorporated under the laws of the British Virgin Islands (the "Company"), JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as depositary (the "Depositary"), and all holders from time to time of American depositary receipts ("ADRs") issued thereunder.
