The following represents a Agreement between Internal Hydro International, a publicly traded Florida corporation, (IHDR), and Anthony Pecoraro, through the private Florida Corporation, Regent Machine Products, LLC, that seeks to bind the parties to a comprehensive joint venture agreement and technology sharing agreement with the following goals, terms and conditions to be finalized in a final agreement executed upon successful completion and testing of the prototype otherwise known for purposes of this agreement as the Energy Commander V or Hydrocam system.
