This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 20th day of October, 2009, by and between LAREDO OIL, INC., a Delaware corporation with offices at Highway 335, Big Horn Wyoming 82833 (the “Corporation”), and BRADLEY SPARKS, an individual residing at 9452 E Heritage Trail Dr, Scottsdale AZ 85255 (“Executive”).
