This SECURITY AGREEMENT, dated effective as of September 30, 2012 (as amended, restated or modified from time to time, the “Security Agreement”), is executed by and between REDFIN NETWORK, INC., a corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Nevada (the “Grantor”), and TCA GLOBAL CREDIT MASTER FUND, LP, a limited partnership organized and existing under the laws of the Cayman Islands (the “Secured Party”).
