THIS FARMOUT AGREEMENT is entered into on the 23rd day of September, 2015 by and between Hudspeth Oil Corporation and Pandora Energy, LP (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Farmor”), Founders Oil & Gas, LLC (hereinafter “Farmee”), McCabe Petroleum Corporation and Greg McCabe (McCabe Petroleum Corporation and Greg McCabe are Parties to this Farmout Agreement only as to Article 3.4). The companies named above and their respective successors and assigns (if any), may sometimes individually be referred to as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
