This Warrant Agreement made as of January 12, 2022, is between Treasure & Shipwreck Recovery, a Nevada corporation, with offices at 13046 Racetrack Road, #243, Tampa, Florida 33626 (the “Company”), and VStock Transfer, LLC, with offices at 18 Lafayette Place, Woodmere, New York (the “Warrant Agent”).
