STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT, dated as of May 10, 2010 (this “Agreement”), by and among the Tradeon, Inc., a Nevada Corporation (the “Company”), Amit Sachs and Moshe Basson (each a “Seller” and collectively, the “Sellers”) and Haifeng Lu (the “Purchaser”). The Company, each Seller and the Purchaser are referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively, as the “Parties”.
