STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT, dated as of March 14, 2011 (this “Agreement”), by and among CORRIDOR VENTURES II ACQUISITION CORP., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), CORRIDOR VENTURES, LLC (the “Seller”) and ASIA JUNWEI FINANCE CAPITAL GROUP COMPANY LIMITED, a Samoan corporation (the “Purchaser”). Each of the Company, the Seller and the Purchaser are referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively, as the “Parties”.
