This Repurchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) is dated as of March 10, 2011, by and among GOOD EARTH LAND SALES COMPANY, a Florida corporation (collectively with its predecessors, the “Company”) and PETIE MAGUIRE, (the “Seller”).
