This SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND RELEASE (the “Settlement Agreement”) is entered into this 21st day of January, 2011 (the “Effective Date”) by and between World Technology Ventures, LLC, USA (“World Technology”) on the one hand, and Qingyuan (Green Source) Group Co., Ltd.
