THIS LICENSE AND ASSET TRANSFER AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of February 3, 2012 (the “Effective Date”), by and between IntelGenx Corp., a Canadian corporation (“IntelGenx”), and Edgemont Pharmaceuticals, LLC., an US company (“Edgemont”).
