OSI Geospatial Inc. (the “Company”) is pleased to extend this offer of employment to you on the terms and conditions set out below. By way of background information, you have been a full-time employee with the Company since November 21, 1991. The Company desires to continue to employ you in the position set out in section 1. Your employment under this agreement will commence and be effective as and from the date written above (the “Effective Date”) notwithstanding the actual date of acceptance by you.
