THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO 892 ROSS DRIVE LEASE (this “Amendment”)is dated effective as of March 15, 2004 (the “Effective Date”), and is made by and between ROSS DRIVE INVESTORS, a California general partnership (“Landlord”), and VERITY, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Verity” or “Tenant”).
