This letter is to confirm that AVIGEN, INC. (“Borrower”) has requested that WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION ("Bank") extend or continue credit to Borrower as described below, and that Bank has agreed to provide such credit to Borrower subject to all of the terms and conditions contained herein.
