THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of December 5, 2008, by and between VISHAY INTERTECHNOLOGY, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Vishay”), and DR. LIOR E. YAHALOMI (“Executive”).
