This Shareholder Services Plan and Agreement (the “Plan”) is adopted by UBS Money Series (the “Trust”) with respect to shares of beneficial interest of UBS Select Prime Capital Fund, UBS Select Treasury Capital Fund and UBS Select Tax-Free Capital Fund (each a “Fund” and collectively, the “Funds”), and is entered into by the Trust and UBS Global Asset Management (US) Inc., the principal underwriter to the Trust (“UBS Global AM”), subject to the following terms and conditions:
