(the “Investment Manager”) and HSBC Growth Fund (the “Growth Fund”), HSBC Opportunity Fund (the “Opportunity Fund”) and HSBC Short Duration Fixed Income Fund (the “Short Duration Fixed Income Fund”), each a series of HSBC Funds (the “Trust”), and HSBC Opportunity Fund (the “Advisor Opportunity Fund”), a series of HSBC Advisor Funds Trust (the “Advisor Trust”) (together with the Trust, the “Trusts”).
