This Separation Agreement and General Release (the “Agreement”) is made as of the Effective Date (defined below) between CalAmp Corp. (on behalf of itself, its subsidiaries and other corporate affiliates and each of their respective employees, officers, directors, owners, shareholders and agents referred to throughout this Agreement as the “Employer” or the “Company”), and Rick Vitelle, (referred to throughout this Agreement as “Executive”), and is presented to Executive this 12th day of July, 2017. Employer and Executive are sometimes referred to together in this Agreement as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party”).
