This Asset Purchase Agreement, dated as of February 21, 2020 is made by and among Transcat, Inc., an Ohio corporation (“Buyer”), TTE Laboratories, Inc, a Massachusetts corporation (“Seller”), and Benjamin Leverone and Michael Anema (each, a “Shareholder” and, collectively, “Shareholders”).
