THIS DEPOSITARY AND INFORMATION AGENT AGREEMENT dated as of May 27, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), is by and between Delaware Enhanced Global Dividend and Income Fund, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Purchaser” or “Company”), having its principal office and place of business at 100 Independence, 610 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106-23545, and Computershare Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Computershare”), and its wholly owned subsidiary Computershare Trust Company, N.A., a federally chartered trust company (“Trust Company”, and together with Computershare, “Agent”), each having a principal office and place of business at 150 Royall Street, Canton, Massachusetts 02021, and, for purposes of the services provided under Article II hereof, Georgeson LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (”Georgeson”).

THIS AMENDMENT NO. 1 (“Amendment”) dated December 6, 2019 to SCHEDULE 1 to the Sub-Advisory Agreement (the “Agreement”) between DELAWARE MANAGEMENT COMPANY, a series of Macquarie Investment Management Business Trust (the “Investment Manager”), and MACQUARIE FUNDS MANAGEMENT HONG KONG LIMITED (the “Sub-Adviser”) effective May 30, 2019, amends the list of Trusts and Funds for which the Sub-Adviser provides investment sub-advisory services pursuant to the Agreement.
