THIS DEPOSITARY AND INFORMATION AGENT AGREEMENT dated as of June 1, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), is by and between Delaware Enhanced Global Dividend and Income Fund, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Purchaser” or “Company”), having its principal office and place of business at 100 Independence, 610 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106-23545, and Computershare Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Computershare”), and its wholly owned subsidiary Computershare Trust Company, N.A., a federally chartered trust company (“Trust Company”, and together with Computershare, “Agent”), each having a principal office and place of business at 250 Royall Street, Canton, Massachusetts 02021, and, for purposes of the services provided under Article II hereof, Georgeson LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (”Georgeson”).
