THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of and effective on the 29th day of March, 2023 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Southern First Bank (the “Employer”), having its principal office at 6 Verdae Boulevard, Greenville, South Carolina 29607 and D. Andrew Borrmann (the “Employee”), a resident of the State of Georgia. References herein to the “Company” refer to Southern First Bancshares, Inc., the parent company of the Employer.
