THIS TRUST AGREEMENT (this “Trust Agreement”), dated as of June 8, 2012, is between Dryrock Funding LLC, as sole beneficiary and depositor (the “Beneficiary”), and Wilmington Trust, National Association, as owner trustee (and any successor owner trustee as provided herein, the “Owner Trustee”).
