THIS INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT is made as of the 23rdday of July, 2014 by and between the World Funds Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the Trust’s Leadsman Capital Strategic Income Fund series (the “Fund”) and Leadsman Capital, LLC (the “Advisor”).
