EXPENSE LIMITATION AGREEMENT, effective as of July 23, 2014 by and between Chicago Partners Investment Group, LLC (the “Adviser”) and World Funds Trust (the “Trust”) (“Agreement”), on behalf of the series of the Trust set forth in Schedule A attached hereto (each a “Fund,” and collectively, the “Funds”).

The following portfolios (“Funds”) are hereby made parties to the Custody Agreement dated July 30, 2008, with UMB Bank, n.a. (“Custodian”) and World Funds Trust, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in said Agreement:
