THIS AGREEMENT, is made as of October 7, 2000, by and between COMMONWEALTH INTERNATIONAL SERIES TRUST, a business trust organized under the laws of the State of Massachusetts (the “Company”), and THE FIFTH THIRD BANK, a bank1ng trust organized under the laws of the State of Ohio (the “Custodian”).

EXPENSE LIMITATION AGREEMENT, is dated this 20th day of February, 2015, and shall be effective on March 1, 2015, is made by and between FCA Corp (the “Adviser”) and Commonwealth International Series Trust (the “Trust”) (“Agreement”), on behalf of the series of the Trust set forth in Schedule A attached hereto (each a “Fund,” and collectively, the “Funds”).
