CMFG LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY (“INSURER”) and INVESCO ADVISERS, INC. (“INVESCO”) (collectively, the “Parties”) mutually agree to the arrangements set forth in this Administrative Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) dated as of October 1, 2016.
