This Restated Option Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of July 27, 2010 as an amendment and restatement of an agreement dated February 10, 2010 (the “Prior Agreement”), between ____ ___, a resident of the People’s Republic of China (the “Purchaser”), and Song Liqiang, a resident of the United States (the “Seller”). Purchaser and Seller are also referred to herein together as the “Parties” and each, individually, as a “Party.”

In order to development pig production, support the base, ensure the supply, and seek the common development, and allow the citizens in Shenzhen to access to pollution – free meat, and on the basis of mutual benefit, joint operations of purchase and sale, and year – round cooperation, the following is hereby reached by both Party A and Party B through amicable negotiation with respect to supply of pollution – free pigs to Shenzhen:
